Before your sports massage session, we'll have a chat about any medical conditions I should be aware of and any areas of concern you may have. Before going onto the main treatment session.


Sports massage therapy can be uncomfortable at times, but may also be painful as well. I will work within your comfort levels and communicate with you throughout the session to ensure that you are not experiencing any undue discomfort and pain.


Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You may be asked to remove certain items (e.g., shirt or shorts) depending on the area being treated, but your privacy and comfort will always be respected. Towels are used to keep you covered appropriately.


It’s normal to feel some soreness/light bruising for up to 24–48 hours after a sports massage, similar to how you might feel after a workout. Drinking water and gentle stretching can help with your recovery.


Nothing! Just yourself and I will provide all the other necessary things on the day of your sports massage.
